The drooling doesn't stop until she departs the flick.

Otto knows what he's doing with his lenses. The opening credits on the bus, pans of droolers waiting for Linda, UFA shadows, hard-boiled negotiations in existential dark alleys, Linda kissing Dana on the dance floor...just hot, hot, hot - surprised it passed the censors.

I wonder how many of Otto's lenses Linda cracked during the shooting of this flick? She's wicked smoldering hot.

Linda, come with me to San Francisco. I'll buy you a house, rings, and furs. I know people, lot's of people. Linda, where are you? I need to dance with you - now.

Hard-Boiled Dick

Well, I've already posted my review now, but the t...

Well, I've already posted my review now, but the two questions I had:

1) Do you think Eric and Stella ever slept together?

And 2) Do you know if there was a different ending filmed (or at least planned) than the one they used in the final print?

...

"I think Preminger didn’t have chops of other, more talented, noir directors (as far as visual style goes)"

Oh, I think Preminger's visuals in this one are remarkable!
